The Tompkins Cortland Community College Library provides Bibliographic and Referral Center (BARC) last-resort interlibrary loan services to SCRLC members who do not have full OCLC access.

New BARC users who need to use inter-library loan should request an account by completing a form or by sending an email to tc3library@tompkinscortland.edu.  

If you use email, please be sure to include the following information:

• Library Name
• Mailing Address
• Phone Number
• E-Mail Address
• Contact Name
• OCLC Symbol (if known)

Once your account has been created we will email you your username and password.

Regional Union List of Serials maintenance is available to all SCRLC members who do not have full OCLC access.

To report changes in your serials holdings, contact Susanna Van Sant at TC3 by email.
