Human Library

TC3 Library's first Human Library will be held on April 10th from 10am-2pm

Come check out a Human Book!

 What is a Human Library?

A Human Library provides a way for people to connect with others in their community - people they may not usually interact with. Visitors to this library have an opportunity to engage in conversation with a Human Book and hear that person's stories.

Human Libraries celebrate differences and encourage understanding of people who come from varied cultural, career or lifestyle backgrounds and experiences.

Participants "borrow" a human book for up to 20 minutes at a time in order to have a conversation and learn about the book's topic.

What is a Human Book?

Human Books are volunteers who are willing to share their stories with others in a safe environment.
